Ingredients :
- 300 g ( 1 piece ) tofu, mashed
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- ½ teaspoon nutmeg
- 2 eggs , beaten off
- 100 g of ground beef
- 1 piece ( 75 g ) carrots , peeled and finely chopped
- 25 g flour versatile
- 50 ml egg white , beaten off
- 50 g white flour coarse panir
- Oil for frying
- Sauteed with 1 teaspoon margarine until fragran
- 50 g onion , finely chopped
- 50 g carrots , peeled , coarsely grated
Complement :
- Thai sweet and sour sauce
How to make :
- Stir well tofu , salt , pepper , and nutmeg .
- Add eggs , ground beef , carrots , flour , and vegetable stir-fry . Stir again until blended .
- Put the dough in the pan measures 20 x 20 x 4 cm .
- Steamed in a hot steamer for 30 minutes until cooked , remove and let cool .
- Remove from pan , print star shape , roll in flour . Dip into beaten egg whites , roll in flour until blended panir .
- Fry in hot oil until golden and a lot of brown . Remove and drain .
- Serve .
