Ingredients :

Chocolate Sponge Cake :• 12 chicken eggs• 400 g sugar• 50 g unsalted butter , melted
Sift together :• 300 g flour• 50 g cornstarch• 50 g of cocoa powderHow to Make :• Beat the cream cheese , sour cream and sugar with a mixer at medium speed or a wire whisk until the sugar dissolves and soft .• Add grated lemon peel and eggs with a whisk until well blended and smooth .• Prepare 2 pieces of 22 cm ring pan .
