SEMUR DAGING SAPI

Bahan :
- 400 gram daging sapi, diiris tipis melebar
- 4 butir bawang merah, dicincang halus
- 2 siung bawang putih, dicincang halus
- 2 sdm kecap manis
- 2 buah cabai merah keriting, dicincang halus
- 2 batang serai, diambil putihnya, diiris halus
- 10 lembar daun jeruk, dibuang tulangnya, diiris halus

- 1 buah tomat, dicincang kasar
- 1 sdt gula merah
- 1 sdt asam jawa
- 1/2 sdt garam
- 1/4 sdt merica bubuk
- 750 ml santan dari 1 butir kelapa
- 1 sdm minyak untuk menumis

Cara Membuat :
1. Tumis bawang merah, bawang putih, cabai merah keriting, daun jeruk, serai, dan tomat hingga harum.
2. Lalu masukan daging dan aduk hingga rata dan warna daging berubah, kemudian tambahkan kecap manis dan asam jawa. Aduk kembali hingga rata.
3. Terakhir tambahkan santan, gula merah, merica bubuk, dan garam. Masak hingga santan meresap kedalam daging.
4. Dan Semur Daging Sapi Bumbu Kecap pun siap untuk anda sajikan.
