POTATO DONUTS

Ingredients:
- 500 grams high protein flour
- 50 grams of full cream milk powder
- 1 packet (11 grams) instant yeast
- 250 grams potatoes, steamed, mashed and cooled
- 100 grams of powdered sugar
- 75 grams butter
- ½ tsp salt

- 4 egg yolks
- 100 ml of cold water

Complement:

- Refined sugar


How to Make Potato Donuts:
- Combine flour, sugar, milk powder, and instant yeast, into one. Then stir.
- Enter the potato stir until blended smooth.
- Add the egg yolk and cold water, knead until smooth and semi-smooth.
- Add the butter and salt, continue to knead until smooth elastic. Let stand for 15 minutes.
- Divide the dough into 12 pieces, shape the dough into a round. Let stand for 20 minutes, until it looks fluffy.
- Punch a hole through the center of the donut with two index fingers.
- Enter the lot then heat oil. Fried donuts earlier perforated medium heat until golden.
- Lift, then drain.
- Sprinkle with powdered sugar
