MINI SANDWICH RAGOUT SAYUR SOSIS

Saat si kecil menolak makan siangnya, Anda bisa mengganti dengan sandwich komplet ini. Adonan sayur dan susu yang jadi isiannya cukup padat nutrisinya. Rasanya yang empuk dengan isian gurih enak pasti disambut dengan penuh selera.

Bahan:

4 buah mini bun, belah dua
1 sdm mentega

4 buah beef cocktail, kerat-kerat

Ragout Sayuran:
1 sdm mentega
10 g bawang bombay, cincang
50 g wortel, potong kecil
1 sdm biji jagung manis
1 sdm tepung terigu
250 ml susu segar
½ sdt merica bubuk
1 sdt garam


Taburan:
75 g keju cheddar parut


Cara membuat:

- Belah roti menjadi dua. Olesi mentega.
- Panggang sebentar hingga agak kering. Angkat.
- Tumis sosis hingga merakah. Angkat.
 

Ragout Sayuran:
- Tumis bawang bombay hingga layu.
- Masukkan wortel dan jagung, aduk hingga layu.
- Taburi tepung terigu, aduk rata.
- Tuangi susu, aduk hingga kental.
- Tambahkan merica dan garam, didihkan. Angkat.
- Olesi belahan roti dengan Ragout Sayuran.
- Beri 1 potong sosis.
- Taburi keju dan sajikan.
