FILL JAM DONUTS

Ingredients :
  • 500 grams of cake flour 
  • 1 egg 
  • 5 tablespoons granulated sugar 
  • 1 tablespoon instant yeast 
  • 2 tablespoons margarine 
  • 100 grams butter customizable
  •  50 ml of water
Sufficiently refined sugar for topping

How to Make :
  1. Mix the flour and instant yeast until blended.
  2. Add sugar, eggs, margarine and water, stirring all until blended.
  3. Knead the dough until smooth and does not stick in hand.
  4. Cover the dough with a clean towel and let stand for 1 hour. Wait for the dough to rise twice its original size.
  5. If it expands, it deflated the dough by pressing it with the palm of the hand.
  6.  Take the dough about 10 grams , round shape and flatten . Fill with jam, then round it off again. Do it until the dough runs out.
  7. Allow the dough for 15 to 20 minutes. Fry the donuts in the oil wears medium heat.
  8. Wait until the donut yellow brown, remove and drain.
  9. Donuts are gone cold on a serving plate, put a sprinkling of powdered sugar with a flour sifter.
  10. Fill Jam donuts ready to serve.
