BUBUR NANGKA PANDAN

Bahan:
100 g tepung beras
½ sdt garam
600 ml santan
50 ml air daun pandan suji


Pelengkap:
5 mata nangka, potong-potong

Sirop Gula Merah, rebus, saring:
150 g gula merah
2 sdm gula pasir
1 lembar daun pandan
100 ml air

Cara membuat:

Larutkan tepung beras dengan sebagian santan hingga rata.
Rebus sisa santan, air daun pandan dan garam hingga panas.
Masukkan larutan tepung beras,aduk-aduk hingga kental. Angkat.
Sajikan dengan Pelengkapnya.
