TIPS MERAWAT RAMBUT

   Rambut adalah mahkota yang harus dijaga. Percuma saja merawat kehalusan kulit dan wajah jika rambutnya kusam dan tak bercahaya. Rambut yang kemilau pertanda rambut sehat. Makanya rambut penting dijaga agar selalu terlihat sehat dan bercahaya. Berikut beberapa  hal yang harus diperhatikan agar rambut anda tampak sehat dan bercahaya :
  • Jangan lupa mengenakan topi untuk melindungi rambut dari cahaya matahari. Anda bisa mengenakan shampo atau bisa juga mengenakan hair spray yang bisa melindungi rambut dari sengatan matahari.
  • Setiap habis mandi upayakan anda mengeringkannya dengan cara mengangin-anginkan rambut, bukan dengan pengering rambut elektrik. Hindari juga mengeringkan rambut dengan cara menggosokkan handuk karena justru akan membuat rambut anda rontok. Kalau pun memakai handuk, lakukan dengan perlahan dan hati-hati.
  • Gunakan sisir bergigi jarang. Hindari penggunaan sikat rambut karena akan membuat rambut anda mudah kusut, bahkan rontok.
  • Sebaiknya memcuci rambut 2 hari sekali, daripada setiap hari.
  • Gunakan natural oil untuk merawat rambut.
  • Konsumsi makanan sehat yang banyak mengandung protein dan omega 3.
  • Tanyakan pada profesional jika anda mengalami gangguan. Lebih baik anda berkonsultasi dengan stylist di salon anda biasa melakukan perawatan.
