BLACK PEPPER SALMON STEAK

Ingredients : 2 pieces of salmon filet.

1/2 tsp salt.

3/4 tsp black pepper, coarse mash.

1/2 tsp oregano powder.

1 tsp lemon juice.

Olive oil for grilling.

Salads, stir

100 grams of lettuce, torn rough.

100 gr curly lettuce, torn rough.

1/2 yellow bell pepper, cut into small squares.


1/2 red bell pepper, cut into small squares.

50 ounces cherry tomatoes.

100 ml Italian dressing, ready to use.

 
Complement :
Mashed potato

How to make : Marinate the fish with salt, pepper, oregano, and lemon juice until blended. Set aside for 20 minutes.
Heat a little oil in a nonstick skillet. Bake salmon until cooked. Lift.
Serve warm with salad and complementary.
Serves 2

TIP
Due to crumble, turning fish once when baked. Since the salad is eaten raw, preferably organic vegetables select and wash using lukewarm water.
