3/4 tsp black pepper, coarse mash.
1/2 tsp oregano powder.
1 tsp lemon juice.
Olive oil for grilling.

100 grams of lettuce, torn rough.
100 gr curly lettuce, torn rough.
1/2 yellow bell pepper, cut into small squares.
1/2 red bell pepper, cut into small squares.
50 ounces cherry tomatoes.
100 ml Italian dressing, ready to use.
Complement :Mashed potato
How to make : Marinate the fish with salt, pepper, oregano, and lemon juice until blended. Set aside for 20 minutes.
Heat a little oil in a nonstick skillet. Bake salmon until cooked. Lift.
Serve warm with salad and complementary.

TIP Due to crumble, turning fish once when baked. Since the salad is eaten raw, preferably organic vegetables select and wash using lukewarm water.
