SUS SALAD TELUR MAYONES

Adonan Dasar Kulit SusBahan:
  • 200 ml susu cair
  • 100 g mentega
  • 125 g tepung terigu, ayak
  • 1/4 sdt garam halus
  • 4 butir telur ayam

Cara Membuat:
  1. Rebus susu dan mentega hingga mentega meleleh. Kecilkan api.
  2. Masukkan terigu dan garam, aduk cepat hingga menjadi adonan lembut. Angkat.
  3. Biarkan adonan hingga suam kuku. Pecahkan telur satu per satu ke dalam adonan, sambil aduk hingga adonan licin.
  4. Adonan siap dibentuk

Sus Salad Telur Mayones

Bahan:
  • 1 resep adonan dasar kulit sus

Isi:
  • 100 g daging asap, cincang kasar
  • 150 g keju cheddar, potong dadu 1/4 cm
  • 5 butir telur rebus, cincang kasar putihnya, sisihkan kuningnya
  • Daun selada keriting
  • Saus, campur rata:
  • 5 sdm mayones
  • 5 kuning telur ayam rebus
  • 1 sdt mustard
  • 1 sdt air jeruk lemon
  • 1 sdt gula bubuk
  • 1/4 sdt merica bubuk

Cara Membuat:
  1. Kulit sus: Masukkan adonan dasar kulit sus ke dalam kantong semprot. Semprotkan adonan di atas loyang hingga berbentuk persegi ukuran 5x5 cm hingga seluruh bidang tertutup. Semprotkan kembali bagian tepi atasnya hingga bagian tengahnya berlubang.
  2. Panggang dalam oven bersuhu 200° C selama 30 menit hingga matang. Angkat. Biarkan dingin. Sisihkan.
  3. Isi: Campur saus dengan daging asap, keju, dan putih telur cincang.
  4. Penyelesaian: Ambil sus, letakkan daun selada pada bagian tengahnya yang kosong. Tambahkan adonan isi di atasnya. Sajikan.
