SATE PADANG

Bahan :
 
250 gram daging sapi bagian has dalam
250 gram jantung sapi
250 gram hati sapi
1 liter air
150 ml minyak goreng

Haluskan :

7 butir bawang merah
5 siung bawang putih
7 buah cabai merah keriting
1 sdt merica butir
1 sdt ketumbar sangrai
¼ sdt jinten
3 cm kunyit
½ sdt garam

2 batang serai, memarkan
2 cm lengkuas, memarkan
1 lembar daun kunyit
100 gram tepung beras
50 ml air


Cara membuat
:

  1. Rebus daging sapi, jantung sapi, dan hati sapi bersama minyak, bumbu halus, serai, lengkuas, dan daun kunyit.
  2. Setelah empuk, angkat dan potong-potong kecil dan tipis. 
  3. Tusuk-tusuk dengan lidi. 
  4. Bakar di atas api kecil sampai kering, angkat.
  5. Didihkan kaldu rebusan daging kembali.
  6. Larutkan tepung beras ke dalam air, lalu masukkan ke dalam kaldu rebusan daging.
  7. Masak sambil aduk-aduk sampai kental.
  8. Angkat, siramkan ke atas satai, taburi dengan bawang merah goreng.
