CUPCAKE CORNFLAKES

Ingredients:
110 grams unsalted butter
100 grams of powdered sugar
3 eggs

80 grams raisins, small pieces
20 grams cornflakes, crushed a bit smoother
 
Topping:
20 grams cornflakes
2 tbsp raisins


How to make:

Fill the dough:
- Beat the butter and sugar until smooth.
- Add other ingredients and stir well. Set aside.
- Beat the butter and sugar until smooth.
- Add the eggs one at a time with a whisk until blended.
- Add the flour mixture and stir well.
- Prepare a rectangular cup.
- Pour a little batter into the mold.
- Give a bit of dough.
- Add the dough, flatten until almost full.
- Sprinkle Topping ingredients.
- Bake in a hot oven 170 C for 20 minutes.
- Remove and let cool.
