SUP JAMUR & TOMAT

Bahan:
  • 1 sdm minyak sayur
  • 75 g bawang bombay, cincang
  • 1 siung bawang putih, cincang
  • 3 buah tomat merah, blansir, haluskan
  • 2 buah cabai merah keriting, iris halus
  • 1 cm jahe, memarkan
  • ½ sdt garam
  • ¼ sdt merica putih bubuk
  • 100 g fillet dada ayam, potong 2x2 cm
  • 1250 ml kaldu ayam
  • 150 g jamur shiitake, potong 2
  • 25 g jamur kuping, rendam, iris 1 cm
Cara Membuat:
  1. Panaskan minyak dalam panci dengan api sedang. Masukkan bawang bombay, tumis hingga harum. Tambahkan bawang putih, tumis hingga harum.
  2. Masukkan tomat, cabai merah, jahe, garam, dan merica. Tumis hingga aroma langu tomat hilang dan cabai layu.
  3. Tambahkan ayam, aduk rata. Masak hingga daging ayam berubah warna. Tuangkan kaldu, campur rata. Didihkan hingga ayam matang.
  4. Tambahkan jamur, masak di atas api besar hingga jamur lembut. Angkat. Sajikan hangat.

1)Jamur shiitake: Disebiut juga jamur hioko. Payung jamurnya besar, berwarna kecokelatan.
