MARTABAK COKELAT & SELAI KACANG

Martabak isi cokelat batangan yang dicincang kasar seperti ini sedang tren. Saat martabak ditangkup, cokelatnya spontan meleleh! Untuk cokelat batangannya, gunakan merek apapun yang menjadi favorit Anda.

Bahan:

  • Mentega/margarin, untuk olesan wajan
Kulit:
  • 2 butir telur ayam
  • 150 g gula pasir
  • ½ sdt garam
  • 650 ml air
  • 2 sdm mentega tawar
Bahan kering, ayak bersama:
  • 500 g tepung terigu serbaguna
  • 1 sdt baking powder
Isi:
  • 100 g gula pasir
  • 150 g mentega tawar
  • 100 g margarin
  • 200 ml susu kental manis
  • 150 g permen cokelat-karamel, cincang kasar
  • 100 g selai kacang 2)
Cara Membuat:
  1. Kulit: Masukkan telur, gula, dan garam ke dalam bahan kering. Aduk rata. Tuang air sambil dikocok menggunakan mixer hingga lembut.
  2. Masukkan mentega leleh, aduk rata. Tutup dengan kain lembap. Diamkan selama 1 jam.
  3. Panaskan wajan martabak (diameter 22 cm) di atas api kecil hingga benar-benar panas. Olesi dengan sedikit mentega/margarin.
  4. Tuang ¼  bagian adonan. Ratakan adonan ke sekeliling dinding wajan menggunakan punggung sendok. Tutup.
  5. Setelah setengah matang, taburi sisa gula. Tutup kembali. Masak hingga berpori dan Isi: Selagi panas, olesi bagian dalam martabak dengan ¼ bagian mentega dan ¼ margarin. Lalu, siramkan ¼ bagian susu kental manis. Potong menjadi dua.
  6. Olesi salah satu bagian dengan ¼ bagian selai kacang. Taburi ¼ bagian permen cokelat-karamel. Tangkup dengan bagian martabak lainnya. Potong-potong.
  7. Ulangi langkah yang sama pada sisa bahan. Sajikan hangat.

1) Kalori: Karena bentuk bulat martabak manis  dan ukurannya potongannya yang saling berbeda, perhitungan kalorinya diukur dalam satuan loyang.
2) Selai kacang:
Pilih yang bertekstur kasar (chunky). Ada tekstur renyah saat martabak digigit!
