PANCAKE STRAWBERRY CHEESE

Ingredients:
3 eggs.

75 grams sugar.

2 tbsp of honey.

1/2 tsp salt.

250 gr flour.

2 tsp baking powder.



150 ml milk.

1 tablespoon melted butter.

Topping:
50 g strawberry jam.

50 ounces grated Cheddar cheese.



How to make: 
  • Beat eggs, sugar, honey and salt until thick. Add flour alternately with milk, stirring gently until blended. Add melted butter and stir well.
  • Heat a flat pan, pour 3 tablespoons batter, cook until surface is perforated. Turn over, and cook until done. Lift. Do it until the dough runs out. 
  • Rub the surface of pancakes with butter, sprinkle cheese until blended.
Serve For 4 servings
