VEGGIE BALL

Ingredients:

1 tablespoon margarine.

½ onion, finely chopped.

2 cloves garlic, finely chopped.

150 grams of minced chicken.

5 green beans, thinly sliced​​.



1 piece of sweet corn, cob, comb.

1 carrot, cut into small cubes, boiled briefly.

2 tablespoons flour.

100 ml milk.

Salt and sugar to taste.

Upholstery

2 eggs, beaten off.

100 grams of bread flour.



How to make:

1. Heat margarine, saute onion and garlic until fragrant.

2. Enter the minced chicken and cook until it changes color. Enter beans, sweet corn, carrots, salt, and sugar and stir well.

3. Enter the flour, stir well, then pour the milk, cook until cooked and thickened. Remove and let cool.

4. Take a teaspoon of dough, then round it off. Dip into beaten egg and then roll them over bread crumbs until blended.

5. Fry in oil over medium heat until cooked. Remove and serve.
