CHEESE WAFFLES

Ingredients :
  • 1 tsp sugar 
  • 50 ml of warm water
  • 150 grams flour, sifted
  • 7 grams instant yeast
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla powder
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 50 grams margarine, melted
  • 175 ml milk
  • 1 tablespoon margarine to spread

Contents :
  • 150 ml whipped cream ( whipped cream ) 
  • 100 grams cheddar cheese , grated

How to Make :
  1. Stir sugar and warm water until dissolved . Set aside . 
  2. Mix the flour , yeast , salt and vanilla until blended . 
  3. Make a hole in the middle. Enter the egg yolk into the hole . 
  4. Stir until blended while pour the sugar solution , melt margarine and milk . Stir until smooth .
  5. Leave in a warm place for 1 hour , until fluffy .
  6. Heat the waffle mold , spread margarine .
  7. Pour the waffle batter , close the mold and cook until cooked on both sides .
  8. Remove and let cool . 
  9. Cut the waffles into 2 . Spread with whipped cream to taste .
  10. Sprinkle with grated cheddar cheese .
  11. Glue the back and serve .
For : 10 pieces

TIPS : In baking waffles , always wear a medium heat and constant , in order to mature and fluffy waffles perfectly .Try to fill the mold with full waffle , waffle that looks pretty evenly .For variation , replace the cheese with fresh strawberries , chocolate shavings or chopped cashew nuts or jam
