Vitamin B, B6, C, E, magnesium, kalsium, fosfor, dan besi yang terkandung dalam buah ini berguna untuk perawatan kulit wajah. Mau tahu apa saja khasiatnya dan cara mendapatkannya?

Mengangkat Sel Kulit Mati
Potong pisang dan strawberry kecil-kecil, kemudian hancurkan hingga halus. Tambahkan dua sendok minyak zaitun dan setengah cangkir gula dan aduk sampai rata. Oleskan pada kulit wajah, pijat lembut dan biarkan selama 15 menit sebelum dibilas dengan air bersih.

Menghaluskan dan Mengencangkan Kulit
Hancurkan pisang hingga halus dan tambahkan satu sendok madu lalu aduk hingga rata. Oleskan campuran ini sebagai masker pada wajah Anda, kemudian biarkan sesaat hingga mengering. Bilas dengan air hangat sebelum kemudian dibilas dengan air dingin.

Mencerahkan Kulit Wajah
Haluskan pisang dan tambahkan oatmeal secukupnya, aduk hingga campuran tadi tercampur secara merata. Oleskan pada wajah dan biarkan selama 15 menit kemudian bilas dengan air hangat.

Melembutkan Kulit
Hancurkan satu buah pisang dan alpukat dalam blender. Tambahkan satu sendok minyak zaitun dan dua sendok makan yogurt ke dalamnya dan aduk sampai merata. Sama dengan cara-cara di atas, oleksan pada wajah selama 15 menit dan bilas dengan air hangat.
