POTATO MEET BROCOLLI

Bahan
3 buah kentang.
200 gr brokoli.
1 sdm margarine.
Tusuk sate secukupnya.

Saus
1 sdt margarine.
¼ buah bawang bombay, cincang halus.
1 siung bawang putih, cincang halus.

100 gr daging giling.
50 gr keju parut.
150 ml susu cair.
Garam dan gula pasir secukupnya.

Cara membuat
1. Kupas kentang lalu cetak bentuk bulat. Rebus kentang hingga empuk.
2. Potong brokoli perkuntum lalu rebus hingga matang, angkat.
3. Panaskan margarine, tumis kentang dan brokoli hingga harum. Angkat , lalu tusukkan dengan tusukan sate.

Saus
1. Panaskan margarine, tumis bawang ombay dan bawang putih hingga harum. Masukkan daging giling, masak hingga berubah warna.
2. Masukkan keju, susu cair , garam dan gula pasir, masak hingga matang dan mengental. Angkat.
3. Letakkan sate kentang di atas piring saji lalu siram dengan sausnya. Sajikan.

Hasil : 5 porsi
